Cookie Policy

1. What are cookies?

Cookies are small files stored in your browser. Local storage may also record cookie-banner choices.

2. Cookies we use

Technical and session cookies: tt_access and tt_refresh, both HttpOnly, keep the session authenticated and refresh the access token. They are required for the panel and the portal to work, so the banner does not ask about them: without them you cannot sign in.

Payment: billing happens on a page hosted by Stripe. Any cookies Stripe needs are set on its own domain during that step, not on ours, so this site installs no third-party cookies.

Consent preference: local storage remembers whether you accepted or rejected optional categories, so the banner does not reappear on every load.

Interface preferences: the NEXT_LOCALE cookie stores the language and the tt-theme cookie stores the theme (light or dark), both for one year. They are first set from your browser's language and theme, and afterwards from what you choose; if you have an account, the preference is also saved there so it applies on any device.

3. Analytics or marketing

By default the product does not include third-party advertising cookies. If analytics or marketing are enabled in a deployment, the banner and this policy will list third parties and purposes and request consent where required.

4. Managing cookies

You can block or delete cookies in browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary panel cookies may prevent login. See the privacy policy or contact soporte@growtales.app.
