The website and GrowTales software service (NFC figure storytelling boards, administration panel, and API for connected devices) are operated under the GrowTales project. General communication and support: soporte@growtales.app. Full company details (legal name, tax ID, and registered address) will be published here once the definitive legal entity is incorporated and registered. Until then, legal requests and data-rights requests may be sent to that address, as described in the privacy policy.

Use of the public site, story catalogue, contact form, and admin panel implies acceptance of this notice and the terms of service. GrowTales is used to manage NFC figures, stories, boards (devices), generation credits, editorial settings, and server parameters described in the project documentation.

Panel software, GrowTales branding, website copy, and technical documentation are protected under applicable law. Story text, audio, and metadata may be owned by GrowTales or third parties under licence; the customer remains responsible for material they upload or approve where contractually agreed.

GrowTales does not warrant uninterrupted service. It is not liable for damages due to matters beyond reasonable control (user connectivity, outages, hosting issues, or third-party APIs such as language models or text-to-speech when enabled). Hardware must be installed and used according to specifications and applicable product or safety rules in each jurisdiction.

This notice is governed by Spanish law. Disputes shall be resolved before the courts that apply under consumer and territory rules, without prejudice to other mandatory jurisdictions.
